Support Vs Involvement
Most companies offer technical support. That usually means you're connected to someone in a call center and you start climbing up the “tech support” ladder.
My Global Data doesn't do it that way. We have absolutely no outsourced staff and everything is in house. If there is a problem, then the person to fix it is sitting next to the person who answered the phone, and will help you with your problems immediately.
Let's face it, sometimes things can't be fixed right away. When this happens, we will continue to investigate and provide you updates on a constant basis until a solution is reached. We are truly more involved in this than the average support company.
